I. Overview
Y9-35 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed for industrial boilers that are suitable for burning various coals and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. Y9-35 single suction boiler induced draft fan is suitable for the ventilation and induced draft fan system of 2 ~ 240 t / h steam boiler. The basic model of the induced draft fan is "Y9-35". Where the intake conditions are comparable, the performance can be adapted. The maximum temperature must not exceed 250 ° C. Before the fan is induced, a dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan to increase the fan life.


Form
1) The supplementary model of single suction duct and induced draft fan is "11" or "12", where the first digit 1 is single suction, and the second is the design sequence number. Refer to the performance table for the performance parameters of ventilation and induced draft fans.

2) All transmission methods are connected with a coupling to drive the motor. The single suction fan is D type.

3) View the impeller from the direction of the motor; in the direction of rotation, the clockwise means the clockwise fan and the counterclockwise means the clockwise fan. (The figure is symmetrical with it). An example of a complete representation of a fan is as follows: Y9-35-11No10D right 900.

4) The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the fan casing. "Shun" and "Reverse" can be made into 00, 150, 300, 450, 600, 750, 900, 1050, 1200, 1350, 1500, 1650, 1800, 1950, 2100, 2250, 270017 angles.
Structure
1) The impeller is welded by the forward curved blade, conical front disk and rear disk (or middle disk), and riveted to the shaft disk. The induced fan is thicker due to the wear. And the root of the blade on the back plate (or the middle plate) is welded with a reinforcing part to extend the use time.

2) The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel. Rolling bearings can be used for single suction and induced draft fans. The bearings are equipped with an oil level indicator.

3) The air inlet has a convergent and streamlined overall structure, and is fixed on the inlet side of the cabinet with bolts.

4) The casing is a volute body welded with steel plates. The volute plate of the induced draft fan has a thin lining plate for replacement after wear. The single-suction, induced draft fan is equipped with eight petal-type flow regulators at the inlet, and is axially installed in front of the air inlet. Due to the structure of external transmission, it is flexible and convenient to rotate. The adjusting range is from 0ο (fully open) to 90ο (fully closed). Adjust the handle position of the door, as seen from the direction of the air inlet, on the right. For "right" rotary fans, push the handle from bottom to top to move from fully closed to full open; for "shun" rotary fans, pull the handle from top to bottom to move from fully closed to fully open In order for the various parts of the regulating door to work properly, they must be well lubricated. The grease uses molybdenum disulfide high-temperature (260οC) grease, which can guarantee the lubrication effect when running at high temperature.

5) The transmission group is composed of a main shaft, a bearing box, and a pulley. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, using ball bearings and water-cooled integral bearing boxes. Therefore, a water pipe needs to be installed, and the water consumption varies with the ambient temperature. Generally, it is considered as 0.5 ~ 1m3 / h. An oil level indicator is mounted on the bearing housing. The lubricating oil is L-AN46, a full loss system oil. The amount of oil added is in accordance with the requirements of the oil level mark. 4. Performance and selection 1) The design unit determines the machine number of the selected fan in the selection curve according to the selected flow rate and total pressure. 2) The specific performance and matching motor must be selected according to the performance option table. 3) In the performance table, the performance of induced draft fan Y9-35 is calculated according to the gas temperature at gas temperature t = 200 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa = 101300pa, and gas density ρ = 0.745kg / m3.
