The following are just some of the fan parameters, which can be produced according to customer requirements

I. Use
1) This fan is suitable for 0.5 ~ 35t / h industrial boiler equipped with economizer (preheater) with nitrate smoke dust removal device. Anyone with similar air intake conditions and suitable performance can choose, but the maximum air intake temperature should not exceed 250 ℃.
2) A dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. Increase fan life.
Form
The induced draft fan is made into a single suction, and the machine numbers are No. 4, No. 4.5, No. 5, No. 5.6, No. 6.3, No. 7.1, No. 8, No. 9, No. 10, No. 11.2, There are 13 types of No.12.5, No.14, and No.16. The fan can be made into two forms: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. Face the fan from the transmission, such as the impeller clockwise
Rotating, called the clockwise rotating fan, is expressed clockwise; impeller rotating counterclockwise, called the counterclockwise rotating fan, is expressed counterclockwise. All can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, 225 °. Structure characteristics: The fan is mainly composed of impeller, air inlet, casing, transmission group adjustment door and other components.
1) The material of the impeller is Q345 (16Mn). It has been corrected for static and dynamic balance, so it has stable running and high strength.

2) The casing is welded with steel plate to form a volute-shaped whole. A ash cleaning door is opened on the worm plate to facilitate the removal of ash accumulated on the blades and inside the casing to ensure the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.

3) The air inlet is made of a sword-shaped streamlined overall structure. Bolt it to the inlet side of the cabinet.

4) The adjusting door blade is petal-shaped, and is axially installed in front of the air inlet. Due to the structure of external transmission, it is flexible and convenient to rotate. The adjustment range is from 900 (fully closed) to 00 (fully open). The position of the handle of the adjustment door is viewed from the direction of the air inlet. On the right side, the handle of the rotating fan is pushed from the chin up to the fully closed to fully open direction; for the left rotating fan, the handle is pulled down from top to bottom Open direction. In order for the various parts of the regulating door to work normally, it must be well lubricated. The high-temperature (260 ° C) bentonite grease is used as the grease, so that the fan can still ensure the lubricating effect when the fan runs at high temperature.

5) The transmission part consists of the main shaft, water-cooled bearing box, and coupling. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel and adopts rolling bearings. There are two types of bearing housings: integral and partial. No. 4 to No. 6.3 Use integral bearing housing; No.7.1 ~ No16 use partial bearing housing. Cold water is required on both bearing housings. The water consumption varies with the working temperature and the ambient temperature, generally 0.5 ~ 1m3 / h /. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. The lubricating oil in the bearing box uses the full loss system oil L-AN46. The amount of oil added is in accordance with the requirements of the oil level mark.
Fourth, the choice and application of performance

1) The design and use unit shall determine the number of the selected induced draft fan in the performance table according to the required flow rate and full pressure. The specific performance and the matching motor must be selected from the table. Other types of motors can also be used, The speed should be appropriate and specified when ordering.

2) No. 4 to No. 6.3 in the performance table and selection table are calculated according to the gas temperature t = 220 ℃, 200 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa = 101325Pa, gas density ρ = 0.713 ㎏ / m3, 0.745 ㎏ / m3. №.7.1 The above calculation is based on the gas temperature t = 200 ℃, 175 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa = 101325P, gas density ρ = 0.745 ㎏ / m3, 0.78 ㎏ / m3 flue gas medium. The selection curve and performance table of the fan with adjusting door refer to the parameters when the adjusting door blade is fully open (0 ° C).
