Chapter 1: General Provisions Article 5.1.1 The noise reduction and transmission methods of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems are determined through calculation.
Article 5.1.2 The noise generated by heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems is transmitted to the noise level of the room and the surrounding environment. It should comply with the current National Design Standards for Noise Control of Industrial Enterprises and Environmental Standards for Urban Areas The relevant provisions.
Article 5.1.3 When selecting equipment and system design, the following measures to reduce sound sources shall be taken:
1. High efficiency and low noise equipment (ventilators and pumps) should be selected as far as possible;
Second, the total air volume and resistance of the system should not be too large;
3. The fan and the motor should be directly connected. When the direct connection cannot be adopted, the transmission can be driven by a coupling or a triangular belt.
4. The pipes at the inlet and outlet of the fan should not be turned sharply;
5. When necessary, guide vanes should be installed at the elbows and tee branches.
Article 5.1.4 For ventilation and air-conditioning systems with noise reduction requirements, the wind speed in the duct shall be selected in accordance with Table 5.1.4.
Note: The wind speed between the fan and the muffler can be 8 ~ 10M / S.
Article 5.1.5 The location of ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigerator rooms should not be close to rooms with high anti-vibration and swimming pool requirements. The control of noise sources in the equipment room should be based on sound insulation and vibration absorption, supplemented by sound absorption.
Article 5.1.6 The duct after noise reduction shall not pass through the room with high noise; the duct with high noise shall not pass through the room with high noise; the duct with high noise shall not pass through the room with low noise. When it is necessary to pass through, sound insulation treatment should be adopted.
Chapter 2: Noise Cancellation and Sound Isolation Article 5.1.2 The sound power level of noise sources of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment (ventilators, air-conditioning units, etc.) should use measured data as much as possible; when no measured value is available, Determined by calculation.
Article 5.2.2 The regenerative noise sound power level and natural attenuation of noise generated by airflow through components such as straight ducts, elbows, tees, reducers, valves, and return air outlets shall be passed at the center frequency of each octave band. Calculation is OK.
Article 5.2.3 The noise generated by the ventilation and air-conditioning system, when the natural attenuation cannot reach the allowable noise standard, a muffler or other muffler measures shall be taken. The amount of noise required by the system should be determined by calculation.
Article 5.2.4 When selecting a muffler, according to the required muffler volume of the system, the frequency characteristics of the noise source, the acoustic performance and aerodynamic characteristics of the muffler, etc., after technical and economic comparison, resistive, resistive and impedance composite mufflers are used.
Article 5.2.5 The wind speed through the room muffler should not be greater than 5M / S; the wind speed through the muffler elbow should not be greater than 8M / S. The wind speed through other types of muffler should not be greater than 10M / S.
Note: The wind speed of the muffler through the micro-perforated plate may not be restricted by the provisions of this article.
Article 5.2.6 The muffler should be arranged on the stable airflow pipe section of the machine room. When the muffler is directly arranged in the machine room, the muffler, inspection door and duct after the muffler should have good sound insulation ability; when necessary, It can also be set in sections on the main and branch pipes.
Article 5.2.7 Ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigerating machine rooms shall adopt necessary sound insulation measures in accordance with the allowable noise standards for buildings in adjacent rooms.
Article 5.2.8 Where the pipeline passes through the enclosure structure of the machine room, the gaps around the holes shall be filled tightly.
Chapter 3: Vibration Isolation Article 5.3.1 When the vibration of ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment depends on natural attenuator vibration isolation measures.
Article 5.3.2 When the speed of the equipment is less than or equal to 1500 r / min, a spring vibration isolator should be used; when the speed of the equipment is greater than 1500 r / min, a vibration isolation pad or a rubber isolator made of elastic materials such as rubber should be used.
Article 5.3.3 When selecting a spring isolator, the following requirements are met:
1. The ratio between the operating frequency of the equipment and the natural frequency of the spring isolator in the vertical direction should be greater than or equal to 2;
Second, the load of the spring isolator does not exceed the allowable working load;
3. When the resonance amplitude is large, it should be used in combination with materials with large damping.
Article 5.3.4 When selecting rubber partitions, the following requirements shall be met:
First, the influence of ambient temperature on the amount of compression deformation of the isolator should be considered;
2. The amount of compression deformation should be calculated according to 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the limit compression provided by the manufacturer;
3. The ratio of the operating frequency of the equipment to the natural frequency of the rubber isolator in the vertical direction should be greater than or equal to 2;
Fourth, the load of the rubber isolator does not exceed the allowable working load.
Note: Rubber vibration isolators should avoid direct solar radiation or contact with oil.
Article 5.3.6 When one of the following requirements is met, the mass and size of the vibration isolation seat should be increased:
1. When the center of gravity of the equipment is high;
2. When the center of gravity of the equipment is far from the center, and it is not easy to adjust;
3. When vibration isolation requirements are strict.
Article 5.3.7 The inlet and outlet of fans and pumps should be connected with pipes and pipes by hoses.
When the requirements for noise reduction and vibration isolation are high, an elastic material pad shall be provided between the pipe and the hanger. The pipeline passes through the envelope structure, and the gap around it should be filled with elastic material.
